Dolfines is committed to respecting and protecting your personal information.

In the course of its internal operations and its training, auditing and consultancy activities in particular, Dolfines may collect or become aware of information that is considered personal within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation.

This so-called personal information mainly includes: surname and first name, personal and/or professional email addresses, telephone numbers, postal addresses, this list not being exhaustive.

Dolfines undertakes to respect your personal information.

To this end, we apply the following principles:

  • No trading or arbitrary dissemination of your personal data,
  • Dematerialisation in order to limit and control the circulation of paper documents,
  • Prior communication of this policy to all its employees,
  • Prior communication of this policy to the companies in which Dolfines operates. Through this policy, it invites the company's management to check with its employees that they agree to the provision of personal data,
  • Signing of a confidentiality agreement between Dolfines and the consultant or auditor working in the company,
  • Application of rules for the storage of companies' personal data in a secure space accessible only by the consultant or auditor.
  • Prior notification of our data protection policy relating to our training courses when they are requested,
  • Retention of these data for a period not exceeding 3 years, after which they will be destroyed,
  • Consideration of your right to have the data deleted.

Dolfines undertakes to protect your personal information and to prevent it from being damaged, deleted or accessed by unauthorised third parties.

To this end, we deploy and maintain the following resources:
  •   Secure access to our premises
  •   Computer access secured by passwords, anti-virus

What do we use your personal data for?

Within the framework of our internal operations, this data is used for personnel administration in the broadest sense, from the recruitment of an employee to the end of a contract, including payroll management, enrolment in supplementary health insurance and the organisation of business trips. In the context of our training activities, your personal data is used for training administration, from the issuing of a quote to the issuing of a certificate, including your registration... In the context of our other activities related to auditing and consulting, we use your personal data to issue a technical and commercial offer, to draw up a service contract or a partnership contract, to organise business trips and sometimes to provide proof of compliance with a requirement during an audit.

A qui sommes-nous susceptibles de transmettre vos données personnelles ?

Dans le cadre de notre fonctionnement interne, aux administrations sociales, fiscales, aux organismes de santé, au cabinet d’expertise comptable. Dans le cadre de nos autres activités liées à l’audit et au conseil, vos données personnelles restent essentiellement en interne sauf si s’il est nécessaire d’organiser des déplacements pour nos clients. Conformément à la loi « informatique et libertés » du 6 janvier 1978 modifiée et au Règlement européen n°2016/679/UE du 27 avril 2016 (applicable dès le 25 mai 2018), vous bénéficiez d’un droit d’accès, de rectification, de portabilité et d’effacement de vos données ou encore de limitation du traitement. Vous pouvez également, pour des motifs légitimes, vous opposer au traitement des données vous concernant.
